Methods and approach

What we work with

I draw on many years of experience in personal development and work, among other approaches, with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), exploring the relationship between thoughts, emotions, the body and actions — and opening new pathways for change.

In addition, I integrate body-based therapy, movement, breath and relaxation, so that insight is not only understood, but also felt and grounded in the body.

Sessions take place at LagoCph by the lakes in Copenhagen, or online. Sessions typically last 60 minutes. The process may be brief or longer-term — depending on your needs.

The first session is about understanding what you’re facing and what you want support with. We create calm, set a clear framework, and find a direction that fits you.
We can work with stress, anxiety, overload reactions, sleep difficulties, low self-esteem, performance pressure, depression, relationships and recurring patterns — and with finding clarity and direction during transitions.
Sessions take place in person by the lakes in Copenhagen (and in Hellerup), or online — depending on what fits you best.
